Epe Club Will Restore The Lost Glory Of Epe Division - Balogun

The Otun Basorun of Epe Kingdom, High Chief Balogun Jamiu Adebayo has described Epe Club as a unique social club that is well equipped to restore the lost glory of Epe Division.
Speaking in an interview with a prudent accountant , he spoke on the issue as it affects Epe Division. Excerpts

Q: When you hear the word "Epe Club" what comes to your mind?
A: Epe club is a social club that has outstanding personalities as its members, the mission statement of the club is to integrate Epe Division for a common goal and also create the much needed platform for infrastructural development in Epe Division.
As the saying goes, "your network determines your net worth" The intention of members of the club is to contribute their own quota to the development of the people and this we will continue to pursue with the little resources in our disposal.

Q: Engr. Shabi has served the Club in the last one year. How can you rate his performance?
A: Engr. Shabi is a seasoned administrator and I believe in his competence. In the last one year, he has been able to maintain the tempo through programs that have positioned the Club in a sound footing and I believe all other executive members of the Club will continue to give him the support that is required to take the Club to the next level.

Q: What is your message to members of the Club?
A: My message to members of the Club is that we should remain focused on the guiding principles of the Club and continue to build on the positive legacies of the founding of the club so as to continue to strive for excellence in all ramifications.
Otun Basorun of Epe Kingdom was born fifty years ago and he had his primary education at the Ansar Ud Deen Primary School and had his Secondary Education at Division Grammar School.

He also obtained professional certifications with some reputable organisations, attended seminars and conferences to gain more knowledge. He joined the Lagos State civil service in 1993 and currently worked in office of the Lagos State Accountant General.
